Quality Control
The TSG team employs a concentrated effort towards quality control and will support dedicated quality control resources, in conjunction with technical specialists, to form the Quality Control Team (QTC) on a task order basis. The QCT will continuously monitor performance against contract/task order acceptance criteria, conduct internal audits continually, identify root causes of variances from the acceptance criteria, and work with the task order team members to resolve them. The TSG will employ an earned value management system to maximize and monitor quality.
